EATING ANIMALS THAT WERE IN A LOT OF FEAR AND PAIN WHEN THEY DIED

If the slaughter of an animal isn’t quick and painless and the animal spends the last few moments of its life experiencing the most fear and trauma that it has ever been through it will release a lot of adrenaline, which is a fear hormone often referred to as the “fight or flight” hormone.

This hormone will permeate and remain in the animal’s meat and it is highly toxic to us if we eat it, and besides being toxic, many also believe that when people consume meat that has adrenaline in it, it will cause them to become far more likely to snap and go into a “fight or flight” mode over small things that most people could easily ignore. (Like someone accidentally bumping into them when they are walking down the street.) #vegan#fitness##rawfoodvegan
